Managing Contacts and Leads
View, filter, and manage your contacts and leads from the dashboard.
Every form submission on your website automatically creates a contact in your dashboard. Here you manage all your leads and contacts in one place.

Step 1: Navigate to Contacts
Click Contacts in the sidebar. You'll see a table with all your contacts, sorted by date.
Step 2: View Contact Details
Click on a contact to see all details:
- Name and email β basic information
- Form submissions β all forms this contact has filled out
- Tags β labels you've assigned
- Workflow runs β which workflows have been triggered for this contact
Step 3: Add Tags
Tags help you categorize contacts. Click + Tag on a contact and type the name (e.g., "lead", "customer", "newsletter"). Tags are free-form.
π‘ Tip: Use consistent tag names. Create a list of standard tags so everyone on your team uses the same ones.
Step 4: Search and Filter
Use the search bar at the top to search by name, email, or company. You can also filter by tags to view specific groups.
Step 5: Workflow Integration
Contacts are automatically linked to workflows. When a contact submits a form connected to a workflow, the workflow starts automatically. On the contact page, you can see the status of all runs.
