Email Marketing & Templates
Design professional email templates with sections, variables, and your brand identity.
With the email template editor, you design professional emails that automatically use your brand identity. Templates can be used in workflows for automatic follow-up.

Step 1: Enable Email Marketing
Go to Settings β Email. Enter your Resend API key, sender name, and email address. Click Save.
π‘ Tip: Don't have a Resend account yet? Go to resend.com and create a free account. You get 3,000 emails per month for free.
Step 2: Navigate to Email Templates
Click Email templates in the sidebar (under Marketing). You'll see an overview of your templates.
Step 3: Create a New Template
Click + New template. Choose a preset to get started quickly:
- Welcome β welcome email for new contacts
- Follow-up β follow-up email with valuable content
- Appointment β invitation to schedule a meeting
- Newsletter β multiple content blocks
Step 4: Edit Sections
The editor shows your email as a stack of sections. Each section has its own settings:
- Header β logo and company name
- Text β rich text with variables
- Image β image with link
- Button β CTA button with color and link
- Divider β visual separator
- Footer β unsubscribe link and address
Step 5: Use Variables
In text and subject lines, you can use variables that are automatically filled in:
{{firstName}}β contact's first name{{lastName}}β last name{{email}}β email address{{company}}β company name
Step 6: Test Your Email
Click Send test in the toolbar. Enter your own email address to receive a preview. Check the formatting in your email client.
β οΈ Note: Always test your email before activating a workflow. Emails look different in various clients (Gmail, Outlook, Apple Mail).
