Building Forms
Build forms with the drag-and-drop editor, choose from presets, and view submissions in your dashboard.
Forms are essential for collecting leads and receiving messages. With Webey's form editor, you build forms visually, without code.

Step 1: Navigate to Forms
Open your Dashboard β click your site β click Forms in the sidebar.
Step 2: Create a New Form
Click + New form. You can choose from presets or start with a blank form:
- Contact form β name, email, message
- Lead form β name, email, phone, company
- Appointment form β name, email, date, time preference
- Blank form β start from scratch
Step 3: Add Fields
In the form editor, drag fields onto your form:
- Text field β short or long answer
- Email β with automatic validation
- Phone β phone number
- Dropdown β selection list with options
- Checkbox β on/off checkboxes
- Date β date picker
Each field has options for label, placeholder, required, and validation.

Step 4: Configure the Submit Action
Under Form settings, you can choose what happens after submission:
- Show thank you message β display a message on the same page
- Redirect to page β redirect to a thank you page
Step 5: Use the Form on a Page
Go to a page in the editor β add a Form block β select the form you created. The form appears on your page.
Step 6: View Submissions
All submissions appear under Forms β click the form β Submissions tab. Here you see all responses with date and contact details.
π‘ Tip: Submissions are automatically linked to contacts. If someone previously filled out a form, the existing contact is updated.
